AWESOME FRYING PAN

We only purchased the larger size of this brand, and "so far", we absolutely love it. Time will tell I guess if this nonstick pan will continue to perform as it is right now, and I will will edit my review if I find the quality to be sub-standard. For now, we are using this pan several times a week, with no issues. The secret to ANY nonstick pan is to never use excessive heat, so on our gas range, no higher than 5 or 6 max, and only use plastic or silicon utensils for stirring and flipping. When frying eggs, the eggs just slide out of the pan onto a plate, no utensils required. Another nice thing about this frying pan, is that the pan's handle, doesn't scald your hand once your food is hot and ready to serve. The only CON, is the pan isn't perfectly round, so if you want to place a lid on it for frying eggs etc, the lid doesn't fit perfectly, but that's not a big deal really. All in all, at this point, we'd highly recommend this nonstick frying pan.

From great to bad in just 3 months

I was first impressed by its no-stick performance. However, after just 3 months, it lost its non-stick coating and no everything sticks like crazy, even just toast for grilled cheese, and the pan is essentially unusable. My cheap Teflon performs way better after several years.
I'm an experienced home cook and work in the food industry and know how to treat pans and pots and was following the recommendations in the description. So I don't think it was a user error issue. The only thing I've done that wasn't ideal is to let heat up too high one time. But I wouldn't expect it to go from all to nothing and would expect a longer lifespan.
Therefore, all in all I'm disappointed and will have to buy a new pan again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent alternative to Teflon non-stick pans

I bought this pair a few months ago and so far so good with no issues. Follow the recommendations printed on the pan packaging and I believe they will continue to perform well. I bought these to move away from the Teflon in non-stick pans and didn’t want to scrub Stainless or cast iron pans
