Great item to add to any kitchen

Got this roster as an extra added to my pots and pans set and I Absolutely love it . I have used it to bake a turkey I also used it to bake my nuts and bolts since I do such a big batch ! So far so good !

I purchased the heritage The Rock non-stick cookware set and I must say I am impressed! I have been using this set for a few weeks and it does the job well. It heats up properly, the material is strong and I love that it's non-stick. I also love that it doesn't strip and leave any particles in our food. I will continue to enjoy this pot set and I hope others will too.

Q: heritage the rock non -stick cookware... is the finish ceramic HERITAGE THE ROCK FORGED NON-STICK 10-PC COOKSET WITH BONUS is it finished without the PTOA or PTFE's as good ceramic ware is?

A: Foremost, the coating of this Heritage Rock Forged Non-Stick 10-pc Cookware Set with Bonus set is not a ceramic coating but a non-stick coating containing PTFE. Although, please note that PTFE is the main component of any non-stick coating, so a non-stick coating always contains PTFE. On the other side, The Rock’s surface treatment is sealed with a PFOA free non-stick coating that is tough enough to withstand high heat and metal utensils, and is dishwasher safe. Its unique surface treatment is not only a coating, but a process that permanently alters the surface ensuring optimal application of the PFOA free non-stick coating, improving it threefold versus a regular, untreated pan.

However, the quality of the Heritage versus The Regular Rock product is the same and offers the same warranty. The difference lies in the design of the products: different handles and / or colors, variable shapes / formats, etc. The functions are however the same. Rest assured that the quality of your Rock cookware equals the quality of the Heritage The Rock pans you already use.

A: Hello, as with any stainless steel handle, if it's directly over a heat source, it can get hot. If you are using on a glass cooktop and the handle is not DIRECTLY over the heat source, you should be fine. Your pans are oven safe up to 450F with the handles, and with the lid, up to 350F.
