Disappointed

Bought this grill at the beginning of the year, everything was working wonderful only used the grill a handful of times. Went to go and use it again and it will not turn on. The grill itself malfunctioned and will not turn on. The cord however still works. Super disappointed as I really enjoyed this grill.

A: i am not sure but i would not recommend this product. this is the second one i have purchased and they both stopped working for no reason. first one lasted a year this last one only lasted a few months. very disappointed.

Q: What is the warranty on this? Ours is peeling insanely, we only own silicone utensils! Probably not safe to even cook with now. It this just a dud or is this normal for Rock pans?
