Brews lukewarm coffee

I bought this thinking it was pricier and would last a couple of years. Well, it's still working (only a couple months in though), but it brews lukewarm coffee (I can put my finger in a freshly brewed cup; and leaving it on the burner (to grow blacker) doesn't help (should of noted it was only 900w). Not likely a reason to return it, not that I can since it stayed, unopened, in a closet for a year as an emergency backup (talk about a serious addiction).
Obviously I can't recommend!

Good coffee maker - Provides hot coffee!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I needed a coffee maker that was programmable and didn't break the bank - this product fit the bill. Programmable feature works well and coffee is actually hotter than many drip coffee makers which tend to offer tepid product. Good coffee maker.

Q: What’s the paper filter for this machine I purchased. What size I need? I don’t always want to use the permanent filter and I normally use the big basket filter. Can anyone please help me by telling what filter I need for this?

Q: Is there an option to choose brew strength based off the type of roast? Like medium/dark roasts etc

A: Coffee that is poured during brewing cycle may vary in strength from the finished brew. It has nothing to do with the roasting of the coffee beans that you are using. For example: a dark roasted coffee may taste bitter, doesn’t mean it’s stronger. The strength is based by the ratio of coffee grinds to water during the brewing process. More water you add into your coffee grinds during brewing cycle, less strength you will get.
