I like making pot roasts and stews in the oven. This roaster is excellent. Love the thought the lid can be used as a server. Also the roaster is very easy to clean. Yes I would highly recommend this roaster. I will be using this roaster weekly.

Q: Is this roaster encapsulated? Can it be used on the range? This roaster is not listed on JA Henkels' website and does not appear to be manufactured by them, but rather for them / for CTC. Without further information, there is insufficient information to decide on a purchase.
