Fine Quality

I find this comfortable to use and versatile. It is my go to knife for peeling and slicing small amounts of fruit and vegetables. It keeps its sharpness, but is easy to re-sharpen with my Henckel ceramic sharpener.

Très pratique

Incroyable, je ne savais pas qu'un couteau pouvait aussi bien coupé. A faire attention pour ne pas vous couper un doigt (se couteau coupe beaucoup). Par contre il est composé d'acier renforcé en carbone, donc il rouille facilement (on doit l'essuyer a chaque utilisation)
