Good quality combo for the price (on sale)

I bought this combo on sale and right away the tip broke off the rod. It must have been from a bad lot because the replacement rod has been good. I took this combo and used it as my main rod on a fishing trip and have fished with it a lot around home too. I am satisfied with it. Unlike many of the other Quantum combos at Canadian Tire, this is an authentic Quantum product, not a cheap piece of garbage generic combo with Quantum's logo slapped on. The reel is super smooth and casts very well. The drag seems good. The rod has good action and stood up well to some of the larger and more aggressive fish I was catching. I'm not certain I'd pay full price for this combo, but at 40% of I feel I got a good deal.
