Absolute garbage, float works sometimes, float sticks and heats up pump , on my second pump in less than a month, it's fried now too
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: My pump is a year old and is burnt out - there does not appear to be any stock in Alberta. What happens with the warranty?

A: This product carries a 5 year exchange warranty when accompanied with proof of purchase. Please contact your local store manager for further assistance.

Q: how does the float system work do I have to do anything special to the pump before installing it????

A: This pump has a tethered float switch which works just like a sump pump. As the sewage water rises the switch floats on the water until it gets high enough to activate the pump. Once the water level falls , the float lowers and turns off the pump.

Q: Need more specifiation on the pump 62-3577-2 In your features do not have all detail of the pump need more on it. This is to make my decision to be able to purchase it. Tanks

Q: The website says lifetime warranty, the box says 5 year warranty, which is correct?

A: The box is correct. We did a running change to this pump and some stores still have old stock. Lifetime is what it was but it is now 5 years.

Q: what is size of discharge; does pump include a mascerator; what voltage is required; what is size of inlet; what is the maximum head???

A: The pump discharge is 2’’ and uses a vortex impeller. It does not macerate. Whatever gets in the sewage basin that is 2’’ spherical in size gets pumped, out such as a golf ball. The pump uses 115 volt and the maximum head is 15”.

Q: What is the size of the discharge pipe fitting for this pump. Does it take a 1 1/2 inch threaded male fitting or a 2 inch male threaded fitting.
