Broke in less than 30 days use.

This machine broke in less than 30 days use. Canadian Tire provided an email address to contact for replacement. It's been over 3 weeks and other than assigning a case Number I have had no response. Seems like quite a few of the reviews are mentioning how they are breaking. Seems to be a lemon

Do not buy it. Very cheaply made

I bought this and used it for less than 10 days. The bolt at the top simply broke. I’m 140lbs.

Q: The stepper doesn't count steps anymore. Is there a way to fix this?

A: I have contacted that email and was given a bunch of numbers to call which is useless as it goes to iFit and can't get anyone online because I am not a member and have to register a product that I don't have. It would be great to just get a customer service person vs just a bunch of runaround to nowhere. So I still have an issue with the stepper and it's still not resolved.

Q: Can you adjust the resistance to make the stepping motion harder and easier?
