Do what they're intended to do, not at all difficult to fold back up. Twist each net frame into a figure eight, then fold this shape in half, cram back into bag. Bungee cord will rip off from pegs though. Just plug the pegs into the loops of the nets, no cords needed. Have used my nets for adult mini scrimmages for years now, netting still holding up well, no holes or rips anywhere.

Good for small kids

Overall, these nets are fantastic. We have not tried to put them back in the original bag, but I think it is manageable. My son is three years old, and in addition to getting him excited about sports, he has used them as caves, a play house, etc. I certainly recommend for young children. I bought a 2nd set for my nephew as well.

Cheaper than Pugg!

I'm a soccer coach, use these for 1v1 drills. Kids have great fun, they work as designed. However, the second time they were used, a peg ripped off the cord when they were being put away. A player pulled up on the net, rather than pulling out the pegs individually. Much time spent searching the grass so as not to get run over with a mower! I changed the cord between net and peg from the cheap stretchy bungee it came with to a lightweight nylon rope, no more problems. I too thought the instructions for folding were rather vague and unhelpful, but had no difficulty folding them up. I just ignored the instructions. Make a figure eight, fold the figure eight in half. Done. I picked up a second pair a few weeks back while on sale. Definitely worth it!
