Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Whoever packed the item for shipping is not doing a proper job. I received the order broken. The handle was inside the pitcher. I would understand if the handle got broken during the shipment if the handle was outside the pitcher but was inside so that means the packer who did .my order already knew it was broken and still shipped it to me.

Super cute and functional

Used it for iced tea at a summer garden tea party. I like that it's light to pick up (because it's plastic) and feels sturdy, not fragile.
