Q: Hi , I have an older model of this brand and type of coffee maker. Does anyone know if they fixed the leaking problem where the carafe side hose pops off and drains the reservoir out all over the counter?
3 years agoA: So, instead of waking up to a nice pot of coffee you wake up to a big puddle on the floor. I have never experienced this, so I guess they have fixed it. Love the machine. Setting the time and auto brew is not really logical but works good. Other than that it's wonderful

3 years agoA: Hello Anne. This coffee maker does not come with a travel mug. It does however, accommodate large travel mugs and you can choose if you you want the 8oz, 10oz or 14oz brew.

a year agoA: Sure you can Donna I do it all the time. However I have one friend that comes and she insists she needs to boil my kettle to get it hot enough but I actually prefer using my Flexbrew as fast and plenty hot for me!

Q: I just bought mine about 4 months ago and when I use the single serve, all of the water goes over to the carafe side. Just started doing it recently so cannot use the single cup side anymore. Has anyone else had problems?
2 years agoA: Yes, the Carafe section steams continuously & the coffee gets blown around inside the well, also if you want an 8 cup you need to put in at least a 10 cup amount of water. All that steam uses up the water beside making the cleanup messy The single side works beautifully, but who just wants one cap of coffee. The idea of having both in one appliance is brilliant, just a shame it has to be one or the other that works well.

Q: After 4 months of use, this coffee maker is emptying the water out of the single serve reservoir and placing it into the Carafe water reservoir. Why?

2 years agoA: 8, 10 or 14 and we usually use 10 ounce. Although all selections are fine.
