I bought this toaster on sale to replace my old one. I am satisfied with it. It is easy to clean and does not take up too much space. I like that it holds all different thickness of bread. I have had it for about six months and it is still working well. I would recommend it.

Toaster, you had ONE job...

Had it for a year, thought it too hot at first and has gotten worse over time. It doesn't toast evenly, often burning the top, and the same setting won't toast the same bread the same way twice (even after completely cooling down). Sometimes setting it to 2 will burn the bread, or barely toast it at all. This clunky beast needs to be put down with a shotgun. Not a good buy.
