[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buy. The only issue is the battery. It does not last more than 40 minutes on full charge. When buying the product, buy an additional battery. The mistake that I made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best ever lawn mower I have ever used. The only issue is I need a second Battery to use because I run out of power between the front lawn and back lawn.

Replacing gas mower that was overkill for smaller yard than previous home, wanted cordless. Expecting to buy Greenworks snowblower to replace gas snowblower.

Q: How do you raise the mower height? The manual says to push down on the adjuster and slide it to select the height but it will not move.

A: push down and hold on button and the mower is spring loaded to raise up but it may need a slight pull on mower deck to raise. push on button and hold then push down on mower to lower the deck.. the slide is just to show you where you have set it to. the button is a rectangular green button near the bottom of push handles behind battery. i love it.

Q: I bought the 60V snowblower, I like it. Is it possible that the snowblower battery will work in the lawnmower? If so is it possible to get the mower without the battery, since I do not need 2 chargers and batteries. (I can do my lawns in 10 minutes.)

Q: How much does this weigh? Canadian Tire site says 29lbs but the Greenworks site says 54lbs.

Q: I have an older mower, but the person mowing my lawn for me now finds it heavy, because of the weight of the battery. There's a 10ft stretch of the lawn on a 45 degree angle, which is particularly challenging. Will this mower handle that easily? thnx

A: I bought my mower last fall and I’ve been really happy with it. I’m 65 years old and I have no problem with the weight, even having to lift it up a step when moving it from the backyard to the front of the house.

Q: To prolong battery life is it better to charge the battery after every use or only when it gets down to 1 bar?

A: Hello Mack - Thank you for your question. We are glad that you asked! The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life.

Q: I have a Greenworks mower with a 80v 4amp H battery and a 80v 2amp H battery can i replace the 2 amp h battery with another 4 amp h ??

A: Hi d l o. Thank you for your question. Yes. Each voltage line (24V, 40V, 60V and 80V) has a set of tools that are only interchangeable within their own voltage platform. Only Greenworks batteries, chargers and machines of the same voltage are compatible and interchangeable with one another. We hope this helped!
