incomplete product

Have I tried it? Well, I sure wanted to but, (and this is my fault) I didn't see that the ad stated 'tool only!' So I quickly ordered the battery, ASSUMING that the charger would come with it! A snowfall was predicted for the next day so I was happy to pick up my battery in record time ... BUT, there was no charger!! Can you just imagine how disappointed and angry I was? I will be returning everything!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this a month ago with the anticipation of snow coming. We have the trimmer and leaf blower. No snow yet so can’t say how great it will be but if it’s as good as these other ones we have I’m sure it will not disappoint!

A: Hello Moshin. thank you for your question. Each voltage line (24V, 40V, 60V, and 80V) has a set of tools that are only interchangeable within their own voltage platform. Only Greenworks batteries, chargers, and machines of the same voltage are compatible and interchangeable with one another. So yes, any 40V batteries purchased in Canada will work with this snow shovel.
