Not the best option

I'll start by saying this seat is safe if installed correctly and baby fits, but there are a couple of issues with this seat.
It will not fit a 5lb baby correctly. The harness in a rear-facing seat must be at or below the baby's shoulders, but the lowest harness position on this seat is usually above most newborns shoulders, unless it's a big/tall baby. This seat will not fit a low-birth weight infant or one with a short torso.
There are only two sets of harness slots so fit options are limited. Also, this is a rear-adjust seat, meaning to loosen & tighten the harness, you must use clips at the back of each harness strap, which could lead to improper use. A much easier to use front-adjust seat has the pull strap at the front near baby's feet to easily adjust the harness tightness.
Some babies reach 22lbs at 4 months while most are around a year old, so keep that in mind for how long this seat will last. 29"
Look for a seat with several harness heights, and ones that start lower (less than 7") as well as being front-adjust. A maximum weight limit of 30 or 35lbs is much more useful for many babies. The 30/35 seats will most likely be outgrown in height before weight.
No, I do not recommend this product.
