OK, But Didn't Work for My Particular Issue

In general, this is a useful tool. I bought it because I have arthritis in my thumbs and need some hand support for various Pilates Mat exercises, push ups etc. The handle is not soft enough to help reduce my hand pain when on "all fours"

Defeats the Purpose

These are very unstable. I had to return them and get ones with flat bottom. The cone shape on the bottom put high stress on my wrists, which is what I wanted to avoid by using push-up handles in the first place.
