They don't honor their satisfaction guarantee

I bought these seeds at a Canadian Tire store for $99. I was reassured by their satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, it is completely false. They do not honor their satisfaction guarantee. I spoke to four different people. They find all sorts of excuses not to honor their guarantee. I have been sowing grass for over 20 years. Waste of money and time. No point in contacting them. Their representative does not even know their products. They don't even know where to find the manufacturing date on the bag.

No, I do not recommend this product.
