Easy to install, the bulb just works. I don't feel that most replacements in fluorescent and LED live up to the lifespan listed on the package.

Q: Question for Globe. Do any of these bulbs last longer than 1 year? You advertise they last 9 years, non of mine have lasted more than 1 year. I contacted you, unfortunately i do no keep 10$ receipts from a year ago so i am out of luck. Globe, never again

A: Thank you for your inquiry, the bulb life depends on use of the bulb as well as the environment it's in. If used as instructed, we estimate the lifecycle of this unit to be of 9 years.

A: This bulb can be used however it offers a Cool White Colour versus the Daylight Spectrum that is commonly used on an Ottlite.

Q: Is this product available in a soft white bulb? I bought the lamp at Canadian Tire and it came with a "cool" white bulb which I find a bit harsh.
