Bulb exploded

One of the bulbs exploded the second time I turned it on. Not due to compatibility or wiring issue or anything. Just the glass exploded. Other bulbs have been good so far, but aren’t very bright

Q: How does CT come up with watt equivalent? I my limited research a 60 incandescent bulb should put out about 900 lumens, but here CT states that 250 lumens is equivalent to 60 watts.

Q: What model # are these?..Is it 01321? It is hard to tell since your photo is a cropped picture of the package. Other stores online show the bulb/description in more detail so very hard to determine if it's the same as others I have been researching.
