Terrible

It worked fine for about a week, then went “offline” and became completely unresponsive. I tried every troubleshooting method I could find online and on the Globe website. Nothing worked. Filled out the warranty claim on their website and haven’t heard anything in 2+ weeks. Total waste of money.
When it worked, it was great. I liked that there was no subscription needed. The app was simple enough to use and has a voice modification feature. As a woman, it was cool to be able to make my voice sound like a man. Too bad it stopped working.

A: Hi there, thank you for your inquiry! No monthly subscription is required you can use a micro SD card up to 32gb which will store roughly 30 consecutive days of footage.

A: Hi there, thank you for your inquiry! In the Globe Suite app you can select the device and tap the 3 lines in the top right corner, from there you will be able to select the mechanical chime option which will allow the device to ring the chime inside your house.

Q: Nous venons d'installer cette sonnette. Tout semble bien fonctionner, sauf l'image qui gèle au bout de quelques secondes. Est-ce normal? Nous avons eu aussi quelques pertes de signal. Je ne sais pas si nous allons la garder!!!

Q: Why do I keep hearing a buzzing sound when I look at the live picture? Also is it normal that it's lagging? I see the car in the street on the camera way after it's actually gone!
