    Q: Product packaging says to remove the top when being used in a microwave. Is it safe to just open the top or will it have to be totally removed?

    • A: I would imagine that you should totally remove the top because of the rubber seal, which is likely not microwave-safe (like plastic). Use a paper towel if you are worried about splashing!

    Q: My lid has broken and I would like a replacement. Is there a way to get replacement lids in Canada? Replacement lids are provided free of charge on the Glasscousa website but they only ship in the USA.
