It's OK at best

Much like the other comments, it worked great the first year and now into the second year, it's barely popping it's head out of the chimney. A but disappointing in the lack of quality.

Waste of money

I loved this thing so much I bought it twice after the first one broke and that's my biggest mistake. The product is awesome but the build quality is pathetic and of the worst quality. Not at all worth the money.

Really disappointed in this product again..

We purchased this item twice now and both times we have had issues with Santa. First time Santa had a hard time going up and down the chimney and would just flop over. The second time. In most recent only lasted about a week or two and Santa's chimney looks like it is not inflating properly. The light would flicker when the inflatable motor would blow up the Santa in the chimney. It seems like the second fan will not keep it inflated and the whole chimney deflates.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great product but the quality worst

Bought it twice and both the time it broke down right after the warranty period. Not a durable product and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

A: I am sorry, but the light bulbs cannot be replaced as they are LED's that are hardwired to the electronics of the item at the factory level.
