What a Dud

Obtained this product in exchange for another device that proved incompatible with my home network configuration. Replacement product did not work. Returned product where CT employee cited policy against exchanges for previously exchanged products. I indicated that the item I was exchanging was non-functional but employee stuck to 'policy'. I requested the attention of a manager who promptly exchanged the item for a gift card equivalent to its purchase price. Why couldn't employee be empowered to do this in the first place ? Or is there a policy against that too?

Not worth it, don’t recommend.

Not worth the money. Do not purchase. I’m confident the device blew a fuse. It barely a month old and it stopped working after we experienced a few power outages. I have had other brands and no issues, hence why you can buy another better brand.

Q: Can it be swiched on and off manually? We have no smart phone, but want an on-off outlet.

Q: We have 2 appliances plug in to the smart duo outlet, 1 has 1400W Power and the other has 840W Power, smart duo will plug in to 15A wall outlet. I set up the wake up timer 1 hour earlier from the other, I want to know if it won't overload. Thanks!

Q: Does this outlet have to be plugged into one in the home then plug the lamp or set of light that we want it to operate into that smart outlet.
