Quit working, support was no help.

Just quit working one day customer service was no help. I have 15 other Geeni products including light bulbs, cameras, outlets, power bars even. I have found them all very good. But this camera just stopped working and support was not helpful.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this camera 4 months ago and can check status of the outside my home from anywhere with wifi signal. Waiting for cold weather and snow to see how it performs.

Poor customer service

After numerous days of trying to connect the camera and getting a hold of customer service I returned the product bought new product and finally have a camera i would not suggest this product

First, it says on the manual that it has a built-in 16gb SD card and it didn’t. Called their customer support and they told me to just open the camera (which can void the warranty) to check for the SD card and indeed it was missing.I had to do an exchange and I thank Canadian tire for allowing me to this.The replacement now has only 7.2gb SD card memory available (not as advertised). I decided not to do another exchange. Had to buy my own SD card to replace it. Secondly, the IR night light does not turn ON automatically at night even it was already set on AUTO. I had to always check on it and manually turn it ON and back to AUTO. Lastly, the customer feedback section on the app doesn’t work. I left few messages already and its more a week I haven’t received any replies yet.
