Hot tub jet repair - works perfectly

I ran a thin bead around the perimeter of the jets - it not only stopped all the leaking, it is still working great 5 years later. Can't tell you how much money I saved on repair bills and jet replacement. You need to let it cure properly for best result before exposing to water - at least a week. It turns almost into a hard rubber, but you can still scrape it off later to renew the seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window and door caulk did a great job of sealing my double doors. I have noticed that water is kept out and so far has been holding up in all weather.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Pretty good as intended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this a little later than expected (product was still fine) however, it was shortly before an unexpected rain shower. (Breezeway door area) it went on smoothly, didn't seal great, but like I said, it rained shortly after. All things considered, I think this is an amazing product

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Exposure to water may be possible in as little as 30 minutes with a maximum bead size of 3/16", minimum temperature of 65° F, and minimum humidity of 50 percent. Otherwise, sealant should not be exposed to water for 8 hours.

    applies and dries well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty much in line with most caulk I have used previously. I used mine with a gun. You will need to learn how to control it coming out so I suggest practicing before applying so you get accustomed to the flow without making mistakes. I did use a tool to go back and smooth the caulk down. It does dry clear. As long as you get used to the way it comes out it was easy to apply using the gun. It clings well to the surface after application. Dry time isn't too long and you can use it with any color walls because it is clear. Would use again.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    • A: All GE Silicone products are easy to apply, 100% waterproof and permanently flexible. Silicone I All Purpose is a acetoxy curing silicone with excellent adhesion, flexibility and durability. It may emit a vinegar smell temporarily after application.

Q: Can this be used for sealing around a rubber gasket/washer - it's to stop a small water leak at the exit of the sink garberator - the gasket doesn't fit properly because there is new roughness and it doesn't lie flat.
