This beautiful addition to your outdoor living space will shelter you from the elements for years to come while adding value to your property. This unit can be left in place all year round, saving you the hassle of setting up and taking down at the end of the season. The Florence wall-mounted solarium is constructed of extruded aluminum and features elegant reinforced polycarbonate roof panels, two sliding doors and PVC windows can slide into 5 different positions. This solarium has been carefully designed to withstand exposure to rain, snow and UV rays.

Beautiful finished product but its not Watertight.

This product is not WATERPROOF. The Ceiling is watertight but the walls are designed to let water drip thru. After a storm your floor area will be wet, no exceptions. The directions need improvement to explain the finer points of assembly. There are stages where you have to use your own common sense and ignore the instructions or it will never get assembled. They need to update the instructions from someone who has actually assembled this product, not some computer analyst working on their laptop. The quality of the parts is excellent and it looks impressive when assembled. The main issue is with the water, the windows allow massive amounts of water to leak thru. I have seen other rooms using this plastic membrane as windows and they were watertight....completely.
