The latch is a bit short but door stays closed. That could be a user error. The handle is nice and smooth. Feels good in your hand.

Je suis très décu de l'article malgré la beauté de l'article, il est détectueux. En effet, la poignée intérieur reste enclencher car elle reste un peu pencher vers le bas. Ce qui fait en sorte qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir la poignée de l'extérieur. Une chance que je possède deux accès chez moi sans quoi j'aurai été obliger d'appeler un serrurier. Dommage pour cette article qui a une défectuosité du manufacturier et la politique de remboursement chez Canadian Tire est mauvais pour le consommateur. Liser bien la politique de Canadian Tire car quand tu acheter et que le problème vient a l'ouverture de l'article, ils s'en lave les mains et dise que c'est à la discrétiin de chaque succursale d'appliquer une décision non écrite.
