      It eats batteries

Fresh Duracells will last less than 2 weeks. Totally annoying and I have to find another.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Does this thermostat allow you to adjust the cycles per hour?

      1 Answer
      • A: The model 52-8507 or canarm model MC6003 has a span of 0.5 degree centigrade or 1 degree Fahrenheit. When heating if set to 21 degrees it will start heating when the temperature drops down to or below 20.5 and stop when it reaches 21.5 and it will do effectively the reverse for air conditioning. This is a fixed span in that model and can not be altered. In the similar looking, but larger screen 52-8510-4, has the ability to do heat cycling and it does allow you to adjust the cycles per hour (listed as the "Cr" option and is for heating only). Both of the above are 24 volt heating and cooling systems and are not to be directly connected to 120 / 240 V wiring.
