Decent fish finder but disappointing no maps

I bought this as the specs online stated that it had preloaded LakeVu maps, Wifi and ActiveCaptain. Only to find it has none of these. I’d advise Garmin to stop sending generic instructions with the units as I could have returned before I installed and powered up to find these functions were missing.

Very Disappointed

also, this display that you see in the advertisement, does not exist. THere are no downloadable charts for this device. the screen is only a yellow screen with your tracking recorded over a blank yellow screen. its false advertising. Dont buy this device, spend a little more and get a marine charting gps. Oh and the manual is nearly useless

Budget Expectations - Vivid is a narrow frequency so limited by depth and cone area. Fish hard to see on Vivid but good on traditional. Menus and functions all good.
