A: This unit does not have any mapping included or available for downloads. It does come with a world basemap which shows larger towns and some other information. please visit the vendor's web site for complete details. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=145&pID=87768 The eTrex 10 comes with a GPS compass which requires movement to recalculate and acquire which direction you are heading.
