Compact garage in a box measures 12' x 16' x 8' (4x5x2m)
Includes ripstop tough triple-layer woven polyethylene cover, UV treated inside, outside and in between with added fade blockers, anti-aging, anti-fungal and anti-yellowing agents
DuPont powder-coated frame is baked on, not sprayed, eliminating peeling, rusting, chipping and corrosion
Ratchet-Tite cover tensioning ensures a drum tight cover and door panel connection to shelter frame
Includes patented ShelterLock stabilizers for strength and stability
Quality ratchet and web strap components keep cover tight and neat
Great for smaller compact car and truck storage
This shelter is a temporary structure. Failure to regularly remove snow or ice could result in collapsing and/or buckling of shelter, potentially causing damage to property not covered by warranty
We recommend using proper anchors, dependant on your sub-terrain, on each leg of the shelter for maximum stability.
Clear any accumulated snow/ice from the roof structure regularly with a soft-sided instrument. We recommend always removing snow/ice from outside the structure.

Q: What is the snow load on these tents? This information is required by the Municipality in order to get a permit to put this tent up on my farm.
12 years agoA: Please see the vendor's reply: Although 37-1355 is not snow rated, we do test snow loads. The only unit with a snow load rating is product number 37-1620.
