I absolutely love Colleen Saidman! This video is perfect for me. Colleen walks you thru the steps slowly and carefully. I seem to have the best results with her!

I previously purchased Rodney Yee's & Colleen Saidman's beginner video and wanted something more challenging now that I feel I've outgrown it. There are three different workouts on this video and I complete all three at once. It's faster paced and I like that. It's very doable for this 58 year old and I feel a difference in my body. I feel it's meant for a female or someone who has not had much experience with yoga. I truly love it and it challenges me! Chamielou

If you like C.S.'s other workouts, you should like this one. My chief complaint is that I'm not sure it is for weight loss any more than any other yoga video.

Great workout, and easy to follow.

I was looking for a new DVD that was a bit more advanced then my other yoga DVD's. This DVD provided three great routines that were a bit more challenging and are very easy to follow. I got a great yoga workout. Colleen does an excellent job giving clear and concise instructions and putting a bit of humor into the workout as well.

Not a calorie-burner, but some nice stretches here. You can't lose weight with these unless combined with lower calorie intake.
