It's fine for what I wanted it for...a mat for the occasional yoga class I attend. I don't do yoga on the regular, so I can't say it's a fabulous mat. The price I paid for the quality I got (for the two times I've used it) show good value. It didn't slip around (which is awesome) and it's softer then the Floor. No negatives, but again - I've only used it ,2x .
