The Frost King Indoor Window Shrink Insulation Kit helps you keep your home warm by insulating windows and reducing heat loss during colder months. This 4-piece kit includes a clear shrink film that fits windows up to 42 inches by 62 inches. The easy-to-apply film tightens when exposed to heat, creating a secure, draft-free barrier. Designed for indoor use, the film remains virtually invisible while effectively blocking out cold air and preventing heat from escaping, lowering your heating costs.

The plastic sheeting seems fine and contracts as advertised. The tape sticks to the plastic sheeting but did not stick well to the painted surface around the widow. The surface was cleaned and prepared well. Packing tape maybe needed as a second line.

Q: will the frost king window shrink kit help stop water build up on inside of window caused from humidity

A: It depends on the type of window. If it is a wooden framed window it will help reduce humidity, if it is an aluminum framed window it most likely will not reduce humidity.
