I had this water dispenser for probably 3yrs now and I haven't had any issues. water is cold enough for me. I never used the hot water feature. and its is quite as well. I don't regret buying it and my parent are looking at buying a water dispenser has of today and its on sale. so I will recommend this one over the other brand that's is also on sale for abit cheaper.

Be careful of what CT offers

I didn't use it, it was part of a spend 200$ and get 40CT$ back. Don't get the 40CT$ so I return it, canceled the other purchase also, simple.
