Zero-Gravity Chairs

We purchased 4 of these chairs. Pros: They are very comfortable and light, fold up easily - very portable. Cons: Unfortunately, it seems they can’t be left outside, as there are numerous small spots of rusting on 2 of these chairs already — and it’s only a few weeks since they were purchased! Also, the frame bent on one chair after being used by an individual who was well within the recommended weight rating.

Doesn't recline into "any" position as advertised

I get that it's a "zero gravity" chair, but it claims to recline into *any* position and it does not. I can't get the legs or knees or feet to go any lower and it feels like I'm tilting backward. I've looked for videos and manuals online, and nothing indicates that this part is adjustable. Not only is this inaccurate advertising, I asked to see a sample in the store to try it out, and they only had the chairs in boxes and wouldn't open one for me to look at without purchase.

Q: I can't seem to get the feet to go lower. It says reclines into "any" position, I've looked online, but it doesn't seem you can adjust the height for the legs? Am I missing something, because I don't want my feet higher than my head.

A: Yeah, no, that only changes the degree of incline on the back and not on the feet. My feet are stuck hanging in the air unless I'm sitting upright. I can't just lay back with my feet straight out, they're higher than my torso and it's uncomfortable.
