Comfy chair but the lock doesn’t work

The chair is very comfy. It would be perfect except for the harsh reality that the locking mechanism doesn’t work. At all. Makes the chair useless unless you are fully reckoned.

This is a really good chair. However, it did not come with a headrest or cup holder though, and I cannot find another one at numerous stores we have researched. I think we were sold a floor model and did not know there were missing parts.
