Burning smell is not going after months

I liked the style functions every thing but the main problem is a burning smell is coming. First i thought it is because its a new one but after months that smell still exists. That's the main problem of this product.

A: There is a cool air fan setting and a heater w/fan setting. So if you just want to move the air in the room around, then, yes. And you can use the fan as well to cool down the heater after you've warmed up your space before shutting it off.
