For Living Solar Faux Crystal Stake Light

I bought the same type of solar light a few weeks before I bought this one and the first one is working good. This last one I bought has never worked no matter where I put it , so it must be a dude. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt as I thought it would be like most of the solar lights that I've bought over the years from Canadian Tire that have worked for years.
