Parts missing but the product works
a year ago
I found this product on clearance and ordered because it was not available in the nearest store.
It arrived on time. Packaging was nice but the box inside was damaged.
Unfortunately before checking all the parts inside I removed the ceiling light and started to install the fan. Then found out 10 bolts to attach the blades to the motor were missing in the package. The instruction manual didn't had the bolt size specified so I had to figure out by trying several from my collection.
Finally found one and then I have to visit several hardware stores to buy the bolts because the nearest Canadian Tire didn't have it. I was told to return the product or call to get replacement parts but I already unpacked it and also disassembled the old one so can't wait.
Basically went through lot of trouble, but the product works and the delivery was fast. Disappointed with the missing parts.
No, I do not recommend this product.
