Missing Igniter Switch

Finally got the fireplace fully assembled when we realized we were missing the igniter switch. Very upsetting as I would have returned the product if it wasn’t for the fact that it was assembled already. Very disappointed. Going to contact the company to replace the part.

Wont Light! not happy

Just unboxed our brand new fire table purchased 10 days ago. It won't light. Tried two full propane tanks no difference. If you leave the gas on for a few seconds, t will spark and flame pops then goes out. I suspect the regulator is faulty. No gas is flowing into the fire ring. I will now need to find and replace a regulator. Not happy!!!!
No, I do not recommend this product.
