I am disappointed that the two reels of lights I bought are not warm white as labelled. Wish I had tested them prior to hanging them.

The lights are nice for a year or 2. Then they don’t work. Ive bought a tester to find the problems. There is always 1 bulb in the string that has a resister in it. It has a slightly larger stem. If that goes, the string is unfixable. They don’t sell. Those replacement lights. Ive spent countless hours trying to fix these Canada Tire lights. Currently i have a box of about 10 sets of lights that only half the string work!

A: We would recommend using LED Light Keeper Repair And Diagnose Kit (1513440) - it helps find and replace broken lights.

A: May be LED lamp base is not well connected with the lamp holder. Would suggest to unplug and take out the lamp base and put it back & see if it works. If it's still not working, would suggest to exchange for a new set from your nearest Canadian Tire stores with the original packaging & receipt.

Q: Plugged in lights, first 15 don’t work next 10 or so work, next 10 or so don’t. I changed fuses, tried exchanging some bulbs nothing works. Took them back to Canadian Tire, they require the bill from 3 years ago. Don’t have it. Any ideas how to fix these.
