LED light failed after two years, can't replace it

We installed this fan in Nov, 2022, and the LED lighting inside has failed - just a dim glow. Supposedly these LEDs should last 50,000 hours or about 5 years of 24/7 lighting. Needless to say I doubt we had more than 1000 hours of use in the 3 years.
The fan still works just fine, the light is very very dim...
No, I do not recommend this product.

Missing parts, needed bolts can't be loosened. I bought two of these and they shipped with missing bolts for the fan blades to mount to the motor. In addition, the bolts that come off the motor housing for flush mount were so tight I couldn't remove all of them. I returned the unit, and fortunately its being discontinued.

Q: What is the blade to ceiling measurement for flushmount please? The specs on the product page show 330cm which I highly doubt is accurate.

A: This model is not really for flush mount, hugger mount is the closest you can get the motor to the ceiling. In that way the distance between the ceiling and the highest point of the angled blades is 5 inches or about 13 cm.

A: Not at all. Actually, I think I made a mistake installing this fan in our small kitchen, we have to turn other lights on because the fan light is not enough to operate comfortably in the kitchen. I'm actually considering uninstalling for that reason and return it.
