Poor quality do not buy I returned it. The tilt mechanism started making very loud noises (too loud for voice calls). The stitching started to let go. All this in 1 month.

PROS - Found them very comfy at first and used alot.
CONS - Hard on lower back after awhile - you'll need a pillow or support. The arm rest screws loosen up alot needing to be regularly tightened, and BLACK CUSHION COVERING tends to FLAKE OFF after about a year... making a mess. Happened on both of ours.

I really tried to like this chair

My wife bought this for me for Christmas to replace my dilapidated, 10 year office chair that i was having trouble parting with. First impressions were good! It's comfortable and seemed like an upgrade from the collapsed phone and ply-board i was used to. But then the issues...... The wheels are TERRIBLE, they don't like to spin and will leave HUGE scratches in your floor. There are too many screws and small assembly pieces that left the chair VERY loud for day to day use. I often had to mute myself in calls just to readjust my sitting possession. Finally, the gas lift started to sag after literally TWO weeks. This is not a chair for day to day or any serious use. It is DEFINTIELY not worth full price since I was able to replace it with a much higher-end chair for a similar MSRP

Bought this chair just over 1 year ago was great until the height adjustment ram just died. For the price I thought this chair would last for way longer then it did

Looks nice but cheaply made, no lumbar support, and I can't reach the floor.

The chair appears nice and is easy to put together BUT cheaply made, no forward adjustment with the back way too far back, and no lumbar support. Only adjustment is a lever to move chair up and down and a dial to stiffin the back tilt. The chair does not go down far enough that I can reach the floor. Maybe meant for big and tall people, not 5'9? For the price was expecting more.

A: The armrests are NOT adjustable. Yes, they technically can be removed, they are held on by two bolts on each side. BUT since they are structurally important to attaching the back to the seat, I would VERY highly recommend against ti.

Q: Does this come flat-packed? I would like to bring this home as a checked-baggage item on the plane, so I'm wondering if the item is flat-packed, and how many different boxes it comes in. Total or linear dimensions of the box(es) would also be appreciated. Thank-you!

A: It is flat-packed and comes in one large outer box, with a few smaller boxes inside along with the chair parts. Approx. size of the outer box is 3 feet wide x 30 inches high x 10 inches deep.

Q: Are the arm rests supposed to be loose? I looked at the chairs in the store and the arms were flopping around like they were about to fall off. The other chair at the same price also had the same thing. The cheaper chair had secure arms.

Q: How does the back adjust to make it tilt? I bought mine as a return and had no instructions .

A: You need to take the lever in your right hand and pull it out, not up. Then you turn the center knob until the tension is how you want it.
