Q: Does the door should have a gap in the middle? Product#063-3449-6 Model# 63-3449 Question: 1. Instruction manual Step#8. No Hole to install Q and R Question#2: After door is closed almost 1" gap in the middle. What is wrong?

A: It is designed to be no hole to install. The Q & R are inserted to the gap between the backboard and side panel to firm the construction. (see photo 1 below) It is common to have the 1" gap before adjust the hinges. Please refer to the step 11 RED highlighted point to adjust the door gap. To adjust doors horizontally:Loosen or tighten B screws. (see photo 2 below)
