Horrible experience and customer service

Damaged when I received it through delivery through online order, also missing another item that I was supposed to get refunded for and never did get it, also got charged for a bag but everything was thrown on my front porch in front of my door! Horrible experience! I think Canadian tire is the worst store ever!

The photos shown before I purchased showed a fire/orange flame light. When I got the lamp it is a bright green, which is not what I wanted.
