Short of my Expectation!

Cycle time is too short, when the heater is set at a certain Temperature, it would run short period & shut down! Mind you my room thermostat does not match to heater's thermostat reading!, besides, I can tell if feel warm enough. Heater would turn on-off intermittently, blowing warm-cold air. Seems like Heater's Thermostat not reacting to room temperature, leaving cool spots, unless you setup at Highest Temp & run continuously longer. It is not comparable to other heater, I've used.

Not a good heater.

Do not buy this heater if you intend to run it with the temperature control. Unit runs for less than a minute, then shuts itself off thinking it has reached desired temperature. It cools off then starts again and shuts off again in less than a minute. I was unable to get the temperature from 21c to 24c running it for several hours in a smallish room. The unit was replaced and the second heater behaved the exact same way. I do not recommend this product.

Whisper quiet - heat comes on quickly and heats the room evenly with the oscillating feature. Nice design, fits into any decor and easy to move from room to room. I'm so happy with this particular heater, I'm going to buy a second one.

Q: To confirm, is this a heater and a fan? I want to be able to use this in the summer as an oscillating fan and in the winter as a space heater.

A: It has three operating modes, high heat, low heat, and fan. However, the fan is not very powerful, its meant to move the heat off the ceramic element so it might not be much good as a summertime cooling fan.

A: To turn the fan on and off, use the power button. The thermostat only controls the heating element. Press the triangle button for fan only function.

A: If you need extra heating to keep the temp. of green house, we suggest to use oil filled heater 0435124 NOMA OIL FILLED HTR. It will be more efficient.

You can use the following formula to calculate how much it will cost to operate a 1,500-watt space heater: Watts x hours of use ÷ 1,000 x cost per kilowatt-hour = cost of operation Customer would need to contact their electricity provider to get their "cost per kilowatt-hour". This varies in every city and the rate also depends on what time of the day you use the electricity.
