Poor Quality Causes Headaches

Looks nice but the quality seems poor; after the challenge of installing this monster, the bottom row of lights were not working because some of the electrical wires were not connected properly or easily came loose during the install (and what a pain that was to re-attach the wires while hanging!)-make sure all wires are attached before hanging and don't trust those lazy inspectors named with numbers!
The glass cups and arms are not balanced and the end product is not perfect looking. Hence, try not to stare at the chandelier because you WILL find flaws you cannot fix unless you want to go through the whole trouble again of taking it down and returning it!
Maybe we just got unlucky with this one unit but I don't think so.
No, I do not recommend this product.
