Roof panels chips and holes

I have mine for almost two years and the roof panels are very chipped from a hail storm. Is there a way to get replacement panels.

(Mostly) well designed; excellent assembly, great value

Just finished assembling it two days ago. It is a well thought out and implemented gazebo. The one design flaw is the front gutter, which doesn't have a drain anywhere so I can see it being a breeding ground for mosquitos. Everything else about it is great.
Some reviewers have commented about missing holes, but I can't help wondering if they just put a piece in the wrong way. Everything was there and there were plenty of spare fasteners if you mangled or lost one. There were a couple of places where the pictures could have been clearer about parts direction, but if you paid attention to the steps the clues were all there, There aren't many options for gazebos that slope in one direction only but this one meets or exceeds my expectations. A couple of parts - one roof panel and one gable - were mildly damaged in transit, but it did not affect assembly or function so that's a <shrug>. I'm a serious do-it-yourself 'er and I considered building a gazebo myself, but I doubt I could have done better than this.

Q: How long is the warrentee for the polycarbonate panels? The last gazebo I bought from you the polycarbate panels only lasted 2 years with the UV protected face out, now the gazebo is useless because the panels are not replaceable, yes I’ve searched sunjoy

A: Hi very thin metal roof ! Tried to contact company to have middle section to make a see through roof but did not get answer to buy extra parts yet 5/8 thick 5 feet long by 47 inches

A: If it was a small difference I would probably cut the legs shorter to fit. I have the same problem and will cut mine about an inch shorter to fit under the eaves...

Q: I know this question has been asked but on the gazebo manual it says the wall height is 8 ft but on the pkg it says 94.5 inches. We only have a a total of 95.5 inches to set it under the eaves against the wall and set on the deck. what is the total height
